Initial sales person was very easy to speak with and informative. After seeing the couch in person, i wanted to do last minute measurements at home. We went back the next day to buy the couch, but the original salesguy wasn't there. The new sales person did not acknowledge me or my questions at all. He only directed conversation to my husband. The best furniture buying experience! The sales staff let us look around try all the furniture without anyone hovering over us. Jenny was a pleasure to work with.
Jenny was very helpful with my mobility problems and my needs for a comfortable lift recliner. She was very knowledgeable and took all the time we needed to make sure we were comfortable and chose the best chair for my needs.
My experience shopping with Anthony was terrific and exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail, relaxed manner, knowledge of the inventory was quite refreshing. His many years in the industry were clearly an asset to my experience. I bought the perfect well constructed couch with removable cushions, the right color and fabric, and as requested it's USA made!
