We went in to the south Edmonton store on Saturday. The only sales rep was busy with a customer so my wife and I went to the carpet area and looked around. Keep in mind at this point the sales rep hadn’t even acknowledged our existence. About 20 minutes pass and the customer leaves just as a family walks in. The wife of the family goes to the sales rep and he starts working with them, all the while still not even acknowledging that we were in the store.
