Erin and Lou were super helpful during our visit. We were looking for area rugs for our cabin and were impressed by the selection. Even though the size we wanted for our living room wasn't available, Erin offered to bring it in for us and Lou helped us choose a hallway runner that looks perfect! I highly recommend them both! We just had new carpet installed on an entire upper floor as well as 2 staircases - a big job. Everything was excellent from start to finish: advice in the showroom to narrow down the very wide selection to meet our needs, prompt and polite measuring of the space and giving us a quote, good communication as to the process and setting a timeline that was convenient for us, a great scheduler, and really excellent installers who were a pleasure to have in the house.
