Great service! There was a colour mix-up, but Erin handled it quickly and professionally. She stayed in touch throughout our renovation, and we were able to store the flooring until installation.
I’ve been dealing with Erin and she has been top notch. Responds in a timely manner and is in the ball. She came out to drop sample last off for us to choose our new floor for our basement. She has been nothing but helpful.
I was looking for an area rug for living room and I had a specific color and style in mind. Looked around so many stores but didn't find anything suitable. I went to Jordan and had an amazing experience there. Lou Cowan helped me browse through their collection she went above and beyond in helping me out. I must say that she is an amazing person and a pleasing personality to work with. . I wish her and the team at Jordan all the very best.
Amazing staff and attention to detail. We had all our carpet replaced on both levels. Erin, the floor manager and all staff were great with their help and knowledge. The 2 installers did an incredible job and were a joy to work with. They had extreme talent and were very well organized moving furniture and the carpet installation. Highly recommend Jordans.
