Went into Jordans Flooring to pick new flooring, both vinyl and laminate. Andrea was absolutely amazing to deal with. When the first installer fell critically ill while in the midst of doing my floors, Andrea stepped up and found another installer who got right to work to complete the job. She went over and above to ensure the job was done right, and that I was happy when my floors were finished. Brent was great to work with, he answered the vast array of questions that we had and worked with the distributor and installer to get the quickest delivery and installation dates possible.
