During one of the coldest days this winter Jason helped us with our (new to us)Used Mercedes Winnebago ERA 70A 2018 RV. We forgot to treat the diesel when we parked it for winter in early November. He helped us with issues related to our gelled fuel and fuel filter. He came to our house and was a knowledgeable, perfect gentleman, helping us to understand our RV. Now we get to go. They saved our day on a Sunday in a remote area. While we were driving, the check engine light came on, so we pulled over to investigate. During the inspection, the battery died, and a follow-up error appeared on the dashboard stating “Starter Blocked.” They drove 82 miles and arrived within an hour on a Sunday, quickly getting us back on the road.
