Hi Jordan. We had an appointment today at 10am and I texted you to notify you that my door will be unlocked going off the strength of repeat business with you. Since then, you have blocked my number and have not communicated with me in any way. Kindly call me so that we can get to the bottom of what I hope is just a misunderstanding. Very upset about this and quite panicked to be honest.
I am very impressed at the customer service. My emails were responded to very politely. Cost was very affordable. He can in, I showed him my areas that needed special attention and he was attentive and told me about the chemicals he uses etc. He did a very good job. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
Jordan was very pleasant, was on time, and did a wonderful job on my area rug. I didn't realize how dirty it was until it was cleaned! The room smells so fresh and clean.
