Can’t believe this company trying to buy a van with cash but everyone is talking to each other in staff meetings then sales meetings can’t talk to a sales person to buy a van I think it’s so unbelievable that people are so unprofessional border line lying about what’s happening just unbelievable never have I have such poor customer service well I take my £10,000 And spend it elsewhere
WORST DEALERSHIP AROUND!!! beware of this firm and stay clear! 2 years later after purchasing a 34k vehicle, numerous faults, to many to state. WORST communication, shocking repair service , lies upon lies. Taking them to ombudsman next then it'll be court. Had a report from Dekra ( vehicle inspection) who state it wasn't fit for sale. Either I go through it legally or drive it through their front door. Save your money and shop elsewhere. This company should be shut down.
