One of the best places for auto sales and repairs! The owners are very kind and honest. Definitely recommend it.
I purchased a car from this auto dealership, but it was not in the condition they had promised. The vehicle had multiple issues from the start. They agreed to repair it, but the work was done poorly and dishonestly, lasting only a short time before the problems returned. To make matters worse, they overcharged me for the inadequate repair. This was an unprofessional and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Mr. Sam and his son Ali were very friendly and professional, and they helped us get my daughter's first car to attend college. I now know that I have a great place to find good deals and great customer service. I am not surprised they received Customer Service of the Year for a second year in a row. This dealership has consistently failed to honor its commitments and has demonstrated a lack of honesty in its dealings. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them and would strongly advise potential customers to proceed with caution.
I bought my last vehicle from Jordan’s and my experience was far beyond what I expected. I’m buying a second one from them.
