EXTREMELY disappointed in Dr. Rawl's demeanor and unprofessionalism at my new patient appointment today at Lexington ENT and I do not recommend her to others. Happy to share details with anyone seeking additional information. I have filed a grievance with the administration.
I'm leaving this review because I'm highly upset at Dr Rawl my lady had an appointment with her. Dr told my lady it was important appointment and we were literally 15 minutes late to the appointment and Dr Rawl wouldn't see us, mind you her staff never told us that Dr had strict 10 min late policy when we got to the lobby it was completely empty not single person was in the lobby except for her staff not single person was in the lobby, it's massive hospital it's hard to find parking and it take little bit of time. I can’t thank Dr. Rawl enough, she’s such an awesome doctor and caring person! She performed my thyroid surgery and I am very pleased with the outcome. She has definitely restored my confidence both medically and physically. Highly recommend!
Wonderful experience with Dr Rawl helping me with two medical issues. She has excellent skills as well as excellent patient care experience that puts you at ease.
She is very informative and she does not rush explain everything great understandings of what going on with my health. I appreciate her highly.
