Very friendly and helpful staff. He did not have it in stock but he searched it for me .
they always do a great job and are friendly. the only thing that may be an issue is that there doesn't seem to be any clear indication of where to take your vehicle for service. there is a garage door through which you must drive, but there's so signage that says 'drive here for appointments' or something like that. when I came last year I had no idea where to go; this time I only knew because someone else told me ahead of time. so it might be a but confusing. other than that, they do a great job, and the waiting lounge is n... read more

I ordered radio volume/tone knobs from them online for my old 1993 Celica. I happened to order the wrong ones, which they took back immediately with no problems, and with a full and quick refund (they made if very easy to print a return label too!).
