Like the furniture but customer service sucks. Been waiting over 2 months for a battery for our recliner that's under warranty. Probably won't be buying anything else. P.S. Our battery finally came yesterday. To their credit, they left the replacement battery and paid for the substitute that we had to purchase ourselves. Would consider buying from them again.
