Jordan Smith is a great guy. He listens, observes, and isn't quick to make opinions and judgements. He will let you fall in love with your dream home, but then will follow up with items you might have been blinded on the first visit. That to me is the most important quality you can have for a realtor - he has your best interests in mind. Both short term (small improvement projects), and long term (kids, school, resale).
