Saw Dr. Gupta last year due to breathing problems, she diagnosed me with asthma, at the time I was a 70-year-old male, never been diagnosed with this issue before. She puts me on several medications. Yes, you might have to keep calling to leave a message, but they WILL call you back, as well as communicate promptly through their patient portal. I have been seeing Dr. Epstein for several years since I moved to this area. She is always friendly and has taught me so much about the extreme reaction I have to wasp and hornet stings. Add to that, I need shots every 6 weeks, and I always look forward to going. Is it fun to get stuck with needles in each arm? Not really, but the nurses who deliver those life-saving shots are always upbeat, fun and treat us all like family. I could not be happier.
Been going here for over 8 years. Recently the turn over rate and admin staff is horrendous. The scheduler and office manager are very unprofessional and rude. I will be finding a new allergist.
Great doc's however, their admin department is having some billing issues. I had to contact the BBB and Attorney General's Office for assitance before they'd respond. Now, they're billing $52.00 per injection as opposed to my previous cost of $40.00 per injection. They gave absolutely no notice of their changing fees, just assuming I'll pay the bill. Time to find another provider that isn't trying to nickel and dime you to death at each and every opportunity
I am glad to know I am not the only patient who can't get a response from his staff. I think he knows his stuff and so does his PA however I can't get a response from them at all. Had pneumonia 5 times, would like to know the results of my tests. But No!!. The only time I hear from them is when they want me to make another appointment. We love Dr. Rajashekhar! She’s seen our whole family. She’s great with kids and adults alike. Just wish we could clone her to be our GP too!
Dr. Mohar is the best. He goes over and beyond to help find out what your problems are. Great doctor.
Dr. Cook and his entire staff are some of the worst medical professionals I have ever "received care from," if you can even call it that. Not a single person on this team cares about patient health - these people are only interested in profits ($$$). You can get a sense of his lack of human decency in the other reviews by the way he shot someone up with an EpiPen just to get the insurance money.
