Dr. Shirley was recommended to me by one of my husbands friends. I began seeing Dr. Shirley in mid-April. My first visit started with a 45-minute wait in the exam room, which was frustrating, although Dr. Shirley did take her time to listen to my concerns once she arrived. Hire more staff so someone can answer the phone instead of sending them directly to voicemail and putting them on hold for several other calls. Can't even talk to someone about becoming a new patient. I guess I'm supposed to appear in person to try that way?
Love the nurse and doctor here she will be missed dearly!
