Dr. Shirley takes the time to listen to her patients and the staff is amazing as well. I drive over an hour to see her.
Dr. Shirley and her nurse, Megan, consistently provide excellent care and are always willing to answer any questions I have. They are professional, compassionate, and respond to messages in a timely manner, which I greatly appreciate. However, the claims department has been less reliable—my insurance often requires claims to be submitted more than once, which can be frustrating.
