I recently spent time as a patient in the IMC Stroke ICU and Neuro Tower. The nurses, PAs, and therapists treated me with exceptional care during my stay. I had positive experiences with multiple IMC neurologists. Unfortunately, my interaction with Dr. Jordan Reichman was the most negative encounter I’ve ever had with a medical professional. Dr Reichman was incredibly arrogant, had no bedside manner, and showed no sensitivity or empathy caring for my mother. He asked her questions and constantly interrupted her when she tried to answer. He made her feel like she couldn’t ask him questions or he would respond in a nasty and annoyed manner. He was very dismissive. He acted like he was in an incredible hurry and that my Mom was in the way of getting to something more important. We never want to interact with him again.
