The owner and staff are very rude.
We initially reached out to Jordan River Moving for a quote but ended up choosing another company that offered a slightly lower price. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a huge mistake. The other company not only scammed us out of our deposit, but they also didn’t show up on the scheduled moving day, completely ruining our timeline and plans. The movers were very thorough, efficient, and careful with our move. They managed to fit everything we needed to move in the truck. When we got to our new home, they patiently put everything exactly where we wanted it, even when we asked them to move a couple of things afterwards (when we changed our minds). Would certainly recommend Jordan River to anyone planning to move.
