Dr. Ilse is a great dermatologist. However, his office representatives felt empowered and entitled to threaten me over a completely unknown $31.00 outstanding medical bill. Quote: Dr. Ilse will be unwilling to see you unless you pay this $31.00 outstanding amount. Unfortunately, Dr. Ilse is responsible for those representing his practice. As a matter of principle, I’ll find a more thoughtful team of providers elsewhere.
