I was very disappointed with the service I received. I am a new patient and when I arrived I was seen by a tech that did my exam. My entire exam. I have never had this done before. I wasn't sure I was going to see a doctor at all because there was so little communication. After an hour and half of waiting, Dr. Patton finally did come in and he spent a total of 15 minutes with me. He looked at my eyes and said your eyes look great, see you in a year. I don't think so!
