I really don t promote companies online but I have to say most of my vendors are selling out to larger corporations. When that happens the streamlining usually hurts creativity and service. This is one of my last family business vendors and I am thankful for them being able to get me a last minute order late on a sunday night. That just doesn t happen anymore.

Been using these guys for years. The first review on here seems a bit suspicious to me. These guys are nothing but helpful, polite and awesome. Keep up the great work for bringing innovative and cool products to market guys!

I operate a restaurant in New Haven and find this company to be incredibly useful for anything from imported exotic ingredients to locally produced finished product. They pretty much have everything cool for catering and fine dining!!!! Unlike my other vendors, this company just seems to make things happen when I am in a pinch or a bind. But overall, they are just incredibly consistent and well run (incredibly quality, innovative products, never shorts, never billing problems, easy to get my sales rep, etc, etc).Im a big fan... read more
HAVE YOU EVER DEALT WITH RUDENESS? THIS PLACE SPECIFICALLY THE MANAGER WHO WOULD NOT DISCLOSE HIS NAME IS A MOST UNPLEASANT MAN. THE FOUR LETTER LANGUAGE HE USED NOT ONLY IN FRONT OF HIS STAFF, MYSELF AND MY 13 YEAR OLD GRANDSON DUE TO THE FACT THAT HE WAS HAVING A BAD DAY SHOWS THE TYPE OF PERSON HE IS.HIS ATTITUDE IS THE WORST I HAVE ENCOUNTERED.
