Park is not ran by the owners. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The owners reside in Florida. Park is ran by a male and female junkie that has tried to rip off multiple tenants behind owners back. TWO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL people that are NOT qualified to run any type of management. They are only nice to the tenants that feed their drug habit. Park constantly has ambulances there due to people overdosing. While visiting a friend, my car was hit due to STILL NOT HAVING LIGHTS OUTSIDE TO DRIVE THROUGH THE PARK.
