Dr. Chase was very caring and understanding of my shoulder pain. He has set me up for a MRI to see the full picture of what is causing me so much pain. Highly recommend him.
Jordan Case is a great doctor! Repaired a rotator cuff for me had a complete tear! Repaired with screws anchors, and some rope of some kind! Did an amazing job! I have full range of motion! And this was my second surgery on this shoulder! The first was 20 some years ago! Good job doc!!
Dr. Case has performed 2 surgical procedures on me, torn tricep tendon and a full thickness rotator cuff repair. He is the best surgeon I’ve ever had and I refuse to let anyone else work on me, when I’m broken!

came in for a follow up workman comp case!! Wht you want me to do? well why do i still have pain and swelling? I ask he says well actually bunches his shoulders and says “I don’t know!!! wtw??? Ask for restrictions for work? The answer and the way he responded made me cringe!! If he was my doctor that i had to choose it wouldn’t be him!!! learn how to reply to people! You would think i was working for him by the way he explained what restrictions i needed
