This Clinic sent me a postcard addressed to me, specifying my personal insurance and telling me that my insurance had “assigned” them as my new primary care. I called and unprompted the receptionist let me know they don’t do any ADHD care, pain, or hormone assistance. I didn’t even ask about any of that. Come to find out, my insurance DID NOT assign me anywhere and suspected the clinic was just trying to drum up business. Likely because of health bigotry.

I have been a patient at Hunter Medical for over 50 years. Before Dr. Civish took over. Dr. Civish is a very knowledgeable doctor. His CPAs are great also. That is what has kept me going there after Dr. Knolls retired. Jackie Fanua is my go to CPA. She treats us like friends.

I love this office, It’s kind of a hole in the wall but filled fantastic people who care about you and your problems. They respond to your needs in a fast friendly manner and has my favorite Physician Dr Decker working there. The Phlebotomist is quick and fast and I can’t recall her ever missing a vein poke, the only one better that I know works at DETS, that lady is a magician. They may look small time but have a sister facility in West Jordan that is bigger and more modern but I like my little office here

I have been going to the hunter location since I can remember, I am 50. I will die before I set foot in either location again. They have lost my tests, scheduled worthless tests and all around customer serviceis awful. The billing department can't seem to bill correctly and every vist I pay a copay and then am billed again for some obscure reason. Staff must me underpaid as I have a hard time keeping the same doctor and rest of staff is revolving door. Receptionists are rude and gate keepers and after 40 years I know nobody ... read more
