We recently had an unfortunate experience when we took our Lexus Rx in for an oil change and inspection. We had asked them to check the passenger sun visor as it had become noisy with use. We discovered on our way home that the technician fixing the squeak had left grease marks on the visor. After communication with the service manager, Michael Beaver, he swiftly offered to fix the problem. We dropped our vehicle off and they a full detailing! I was in Elkhart on business, and I had a service issue arise. I drove to Jordan Lexus w/o an appointment, and the people in the service department could not have been more helpful. They made room for me, and even though they said it would take a while, they were able to service my car in a relatively short period of time. Thanks for helping me out when I was in a bind! If I lived there year-round, I would definitely go there for my service needs.
