I was in Elkhart on business, and I had a service issue arise. I drove to Jordan Lexus w/o an appointment, and the people in the service department could not have been more helpful. They made room for me, and even though they said it would take a while, they were able to service my car in a relatively short period of time. Thanks for helping me out when I was in a bind! If I lived there year-round, I would definitely go there for my service needs.
Jason was great! He went out of his way to help me and was also very honest with the suv I bought, I appreciate his patience and time!! Thanks Jason and team!
Overall Jordan Lexus has been great. Good prices for used cars for a dealership. Service usually top-notch, although it's not cheap. Service has mostly good, although we've had a few hiccups here and there (be sure to tell them if you have an extended warranty, as thats been our biggest headache several times...shoukdnt happen when its done through lexus, but just need to remind them i guess).
