I’ve gotten my hair cut by Jordan twice. The first time was great, I asked for my hair to be right above my shoulder with curtain bangs and long layers. I asked for the same exact thing the second time and got the worst haircut of my life. It is cut about 3 inches above my shoulders despite me specifying I wanted it right above my shoulder, not on it but right above it, and indicating the length with my hands. I wanted to get partial highlights with a money peice in the front. I found Hailey on Instagram and booked 2 months prior. I paid 300+ for just partial highlights that turned out horrible its been 3 months+ but the color can't be seen at all does not look like highlights and did not get a money peice. I called her right after and she argued it will show up after a "month" and did not agree to fix it and never checked in after as she said she would.
