Don't even bother Rudest staff ever, specifically "Property Manager" and "Leasing Assistant". I contacted the Better Business Bureau about problems I've had with Perimeter: a lack of communication, being treated rudely by "Leasing Assistant", and absence of simple maintenance. I've been so personally offended so many numerous times: I had no choice but to contact the BBB. "Property Manager" called me and asked me why I contacted the BBB. TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT RENT! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. Our house and yard were NOT cleaned before we moved into the house, even though we called multiple times and they were very snippity saying "It will be done." But it was never fixed. They are super nice when you look at houses, but the minute you sign a lease they are complete bitches and completely unprofessional. NEVER rent from them! Horribly rude, inappropriate business accumen!!!!!!! My family and I lived in one of their properties for 11 1/2 months, which was the length of our lease, not the usual twelve month lease. The service prior to renting from them was wonderful, the staff was helpful and kind. Once the lease was signed that all changed. We immediately recieved the $200 dollar pet fine. Do not rent from them! This place is horrible. Our apartments were bought from them in the middle of our lease and it was the worst experience ever. It took them 7 months to fix a leak in my bathroom. The toilets upstairs were leaking into my bathrooms and I had mold growing on my ceilings and sever water damage, and they wouldn't come out to fix it. I WOULD RATE IT ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!!!!!!! Thes are teh worst people in the boro to rent from!!!! I should have known better when the list of availabe rentals was sooo long! It was my fault ot sign a lease on an apartment i had not seen but the staff claimed to had lost the key to that particular apartment and showed me one identical. It smelled awful and was filthy! NO NO NO NO NO NO RECONSIDER!! I have rented through several property management groups in Statesboro while I have lived here. I am a single female who is not a student here. I was needing a temporary apartment for a couple of months while waiting for my home to come open. Rude, Unprofessional, and Shoddy. BEWARE!!! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND SHODDY RENTALS UNITS AHEAD!!! I have lived in my current apartment for over 4 years. RUDE STAFF, OUTRAGEOUS FINES My husband and I have been living in our apartment since January 2010. They are very nice and sweet to you until the moment that you sign the lease. After that, it becomes a fight to get anything fixed and you are never treated as a human being. We moved in shortly after we were married and we are going to school on scholarship.
