My ENT was on vacation when I needed a follow up after an ER visit. Dr Teitelbaum was amazing. He listened carefully, asked questions, and did a comprehensive assessment. He eased my anxiety with communicating findings, a plan, and humor. When he scoped me, he acknowledged what I was feeling and encouraged me to look at what was on the screen.
