Beautiful school, however a lot of the teachers expect students (even those with 504) to self study the majority of the course. The information covered in the PowerPoints gone through class does not help prepare students to study for tests. A lot of the academic classes require students to use google to answer questions (which is notoriously known for not always having the correct answers), then they are expected to study their own answers for tests, and the teachers never provide the correct answers, which pretty much sets ... read more

School is notoriously awful with 504 accommodations. Switched to a private school because of how atrocious they were at handling 504’s. I’ve seen them fail students at this school because they were hospitalized. I work in the medical field and I’ve met doctors who actually dread their patients going to this school because of how bad they are with 504’s. In my experience not good. They failed to give basic accommodations and chronically ill/disabled kids face consequences for their low attendance due to their medical issues, and the aps are not sympathetic towards them, telling us there's nothing they can do. The counselors aren't helpful but for schedule changes as they don't give good recommendations for classes students should take, and frequently get their facts wrong.
