After cancelling two of my appointments in a row and going no contact he dropped me as a patient, now without a PCP I’ll be looking. He was great when he made it in.
Dr. Gularek is the Medical Director for what used to be Hawthorn Medical Associates, a medical group that was once known for outstanding providers and exceptional care. He took over 5 days to contact me back about a referal I needed to go to DF and when he called back he could care less about my emotions and me as a long term patient at hawthorn. I lovesld my drs but the referal dept with brown takeover let me down and would not let me seek care where I needed and wanted my body my choice. My ins had bo problem i called them and they didnt have any referrals from hawthorne. Dr gularek did not and would not refer me. Im another victim of brown takeover.
