At first I didn't have a lot of confidence. Hes real young. But he has a way about him, and you can tell by looking at him that he won't fail. He is confident and optimistic, even on my worst days when I felt like I'd never walk again, he kept saying that I would. The office is well organized with good communication with each other. Dr Grilliot listens and gives you time to recover at your pace (as far as time off work). One thing: after my first surgery I was inconsolable with pain!
