Any doctor that tells you just they'll wait until you have a heart attack or amputation is not the kind of doctor I want and that is what doctor genut said to me 11 years ago. As well he told me to walk when I can't walk because the pain is horrible but I did try to ride a stationary bike and he told me that was wrong kind of exercise! That seems odd to me I would think any exercise you could get would help especially with your legs. Dr. Genut literally saved my life, placing a stent in a 4 cm aneurysm in my aorta. Every step of the way he was supportive, answered my every question no matter how stupid it was. You can absolutely trust him and his team with your life.

Dr. Genut consulted on my wife's extremely rare trauma induced acutely presenting extensive UE DVT. The ER doctor on the case was extremely worried and instructed us to follow up with Genut, but when we called his office, he refused to see us. His recommendation for her care was so-so, only prescribing a DOAC when the best standard of care was surgical removal or catheter directed thrombolysis, which should have been done to reduce her risk of pulmonary embolism.
