Jordan is your guy. We had never bought a house before, and he showed us all the big and small things to watch out for. Incredibly knowledgeable in what makes a house a safe and solid purchase. When we found the house we wanted, he didn't hesitate to jump on it. We ended up needing to outbid 2 other potential buyers, and he negotiated on our behalf and was able to lock us in at a solid price (even though we were the only FHA buyer). Needless to say, it took us some time to find our home and Jordan was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He made sure the home we bought not only fit our needs, but allows us to build the equity we want.
