Jordan Credit Union has a GEM in Bobbi.I was purchasing a specialty vehicle that I had trouble finding financing for with other lenders, but from start to finish Bobbi made the whole process incredibly smooth. Great rates and communication. Couldn't be happier!!! Thanks for all your help Bobbi!
I am upset so take this review with a grain of salt. I transfered $15 from my savings account to my checking so I could venmo someone and the transfer apparently did not go through in time so I was charged $105 in overdraft fees over two days before I was notified there was a negative balance on my account. So basically I just spent $120 trying to venmo someone fifteen bucks. I am transferring all my money to another bank and will not be doing business with Jordan again.
