Went to ER January 26. Was to follow up with PCP. I did so. Sent for CT scans and xray. It is March 3, I have yet to be treated or hear results. Still have existing painful problem. Any referrals sent are rarely sent. Phone calls to office take forever and always too busy. Have to wait for call back. Last thing I was told, he hasn't had time to look at results. This is over a month with absolutely no treatment.
Dr Conway is great. However, nearly impossible to call. Wait time ridiculous. Numerous disconnects. Three times have gone to urgent care because I can't even get anyone on the phone. They tell me referrals are sent, yet the referrals are nit received. Finding a new doctor, due to his staff. Also, show up for an appointment only to find out he is out sick. They could call and let people know this.
