My vehicle was rear ended in January 2026. Brought it to Jordan collision for the estimate and schedule repairs through the other drivers insurance company. My repairs were scheduled for drop off on March 3rd with a quoted time of 4 days to complete the work. Would give zero stars if I could. The communication throughout the process was frustrating and unprofessional. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed the high beams and fog lights were no longer LED like they originally were. They eventually swapped the high beams back to LED, but tried to claim my fog lights were always halogen, even though I showed them a photo from less than a year ago clearly showing LED fog lights. No communication at all. The worst customer service I have ever experienced at any body shop / service center type place. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I was slightly late for my estimate appointment and they were very accommodating. Jacob quickly identified the problem and fixed it free of charge in under 10 minutes. 10/10
