I had such a great experience at Jordan Collision Center. Jessica was quick to get me scheduled, and when I brought in my RAV4, Jacob was able to wipe the scratch right off with some paint cleaner in about two minutes. I honestly could not believe it. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and honest. I would absolutely recommend them.
This team was excellent, especially Jessica who communicated regularly. Our repair was easy to schedule and was finished before we expected. The repair was flawless.
Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dealership/repair facility, period. Worst quality of work, worst communication, worst customer service. My vehicle was rear ended in January 2026. Brought it to Jordan collision for the estimate and schedule repairs through the other drivers insurance company. My repairs were scheduled for drop off on March 3rd with a quoted time of 4 days to complete the work.
