Got a car light was out took back next day no problem they fixed it no question asked.

We drove almost 1000 miles to buy from Jordan Ford from St. Louis MO after working with Giovanni on the phone/online after being unable to find what we're looking for locally or anywhere else closer. If they call you to appraise your vehicle and tell you they are competitive in their pricing, don’t believe them. I’m selling my vehicle and came in at a lower offer than Carmax, Salem Mercedes, and Gunn Chevy. Do not bring your car to them to try and sell it unless you don’t care what you get out of it.
