Dr. Borgman is an incredibly empathetic person, someone that not only listens to me but hears what I’m saying from a place of genuine understanding and applies it to my treatment without fail and I wholeheartedly cannot speak anymore highly of her or the way she practices her craft. Anyone would be lucky to have a primary care physician who cared half as much as Dr. Borgman.
Welcoming,professional environment.The office staff help make access to nurses and doctors easy. Nurses listen to my concerns compassionately and doctors respond to my requests in a timely manner.
Dr Borgman provided me with excellent care. She listened to my concerns and gave me good advice regarding my issue.
Dr Borgman was great. Super knowledgeable, very kind and patient (answered all my questions), and explained everything she was doing and everything she "found" from the exam. Her staff - all the staff at the Winsted office - were incredibly kind and friendly. I highly recommend Dr Borgman and the HHC Winsted office for primary care.
