Dylan was great to deal with. Answered absolutely everything, especially since the bike was bought remotely (thanks for your patience Dylan). He sent me a dedicated video (over and above the existing photos and videos) to assure me. Bike was delivered as promised; beautiful, stunning and just as described. Great customer service, and would definitely work with him again.
Bought my first bike and Dylan made the process really easy from showing me an in depth video from first speaking to him to then collecting the bike was faultless. Great customer service and would definitely use Jordan bikes again in the future.
