I am sitting in the parking lot of this office in shock in the process and operations of this place. First they claim that at the time of booking the woman who assisted with booking the reservation stated that paperwork will be sent via email and to check my spam. However, they do not indicate to you that the email address it will come from has no affiliation with this office and comes as some generic email. The quality of care has dramatically dropped in this office and I’m so disappointed! In MY experience, Communication between the NP staff/nurses and patient is remedial and I had to do my own follow up MONTHS later because I was never contacted by staff with an appointment! Before I could request a Dr., now I HAVE to see the NP and I would prefer not to but have no choice and that put me in a very frustrating spot! Waited for over an hour without being called. While both receptionists were very pleasant and professional, the delay was frustrating and disappointing.
Loved Dr. Jordan. Efficient and to the point , but kind.
