RUN! AVOID!! Where do I start? Dr Jordan was referred to me by a coworker so reached out for care. Upon our first encounter I could tell she was a person with great knowledge so that put me at ease. We agreed to start me on hormone therapy so that meant quarterly injections. However my experience with the nurses was the start of my fallout with this clinic. Absolutely horrible service, the nurses are extremely rude and do not pay attention to patient concerns and the doctors do not care about your time. I arrived for my appt EARLY and waited 1hr and 30 minutes before I decided to cancel. To make matters worse, as I'm walking out the doors upset about my time being wasted I see my my doctor, Dr. Jordan, just coming in to work cackling with another doctor. I want to start by saying that I like all the staff and I’ve never had a bad interaction with anyone, hence the 2 stars instead of 1. Everyone I’ve met is very sweet and kind. That being said out of all the times I’ve been here, more often than not I’ve had to wait over an hour past my appointment time. I understand things happen sometimes and you have a bad chaotic day but more the half of my visits have been late. This is a major problem. For this reason I can’t recommend this practice.
