The doctors are great. The front desk lacks people skills. They are constantly rude or impatient, will not actually speak to you over the phone when you call about an issue while pregnant, they will sen you straight to voicemail with no warning. When you do leave a voicemail on the nurse line they will take about a week to return a call or not call back at all. The doctors are great, considering leaving for a professional practice.
Where do I even begin? I ended up having to go to Portsmouth ER because my wife has been delayed from being seen at this clinic for almost 4 weeks now. I have been there 3 times in person and told that only one of the ladies at the front desk actually schedules the appointments. 3 people at the front desk and yet 2 of them are useless. It is ridiculous, therefore I will be filing a grievance with Tricare East and attempt to get this place removed from their network. Called a lot of times for 2 weeks to make a new patient appt and informing them that I'm 28 weeks along. I was asked by one of their team to send in my medical release form, medical records and sonogram and told me to call back or they would call back asap if the doctor has reviewed my medical records and if the doctor would still accept me as a new patient. I’ve been with Jordan and associates for over four years and I don’t know what have changed recently, but Front office do not answer the phone or they will pick up the phone and immediately hang up. I always set my appointments out a year in advance and I did not get any reminders and now that I’m trying to reschedule that appointment I can’t get in contact with anybody for the past two weeks.
