The Jordan salesman (Clint?) was solely focused on selling me an expensive unit without considering what would have been best for me, the customer. He disingenuously tried to convince me that heat pump systems were obsolete. Thank goodness a competing company fixed my existing system by simply replacing a condensation tray.
