I switched from CVS to Joppa Rd RX over a year ago, and it was a GREAT decision. Both pharmacists know who I am as soon as I call or stop in, and I've never had any issues getting stuff filled efficiently. I spend a lot of time dealing with stupid insurance stuff and scheduling with doctors, but at the very least, this pharmacy has made my life and medication management significantly easier!

After 12 years of going here we have had enough. We tried to stick it out because Neil is awesome but his worst half treats people and employees like crap. Complains about how busy he is aka as making a lot of money. Run away, not worth it.

So sad to get your kid out of the hospital and you need to pick up medications for him and your pharmacist spends the majority of your interaction complaining about how busy he is. I’m really sorry you’re making tons of money, but I’ve got bigger issues on my mind. He needs to rethink how he talks and treats his customers and employees.
