Terrible customer service and patient care in addition to old run down offices that haven’t been improved in decades. Front desk staff person was verbally combative over an invoice that was sent after she’d confirmed that no additional payment was due at the time of the service. The experience was the most egregious and obnoxious as I’ve had with any provider in my life. I like the dentist office, easy to make appointments. Close to work in Towson, so that makes it walkable. The staff are great, and friendly. 10 years of visits.

Just sent my hubby to Dr. Sehdev as a new patient with a horrible tooth infection. She has been my dentist for 2 years now. The staff is wonderful. They fit him in the same day and gave him several options for treatment. All with a payment plan. In today’s times that is so helpful. I highly recommend.

Absolutely abysmal costumer service, the front desk is extremely rude and condescending, and utterly useless at helping setup an appointments.

It was an awful experience. The office manager is rude; screamed at me every time it was time to make a payment. When the dentist wasn't there she and the dental assistant cursed and acted unprofessional. My insurance said my appointment should cost one price the office manager agreed. I paid that price then they charged me hundreds of dollars more. The dentist couldn't read the xrays. Every time I went there was a different diagnosis. Don't waste your time.
