The building is falling apart and the management couldn't care less. Spent over 3 months without an elevator multiple times, mostly in the summer. Unheated stairwells in the winter, and many a phone call 'reminding' the property manager about other maintenance issues specific to the apartment that were still ignored. Meeting the maintenance guy in the garage is your best bet to get anything taken care of.
