I had an excellent experience with Dr. Shapiro and his entire team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. Dr. Shapiro took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure.
