Dr. Shapiro is an excellent dentist. I had to have a dental procedure and was a little a nervous, once I sat in the chair I was fine. Dr. Shapiro is an expert and has a calm and professional demeanor. I was very pleased. The staff provide excellent customer service front desk staff and schedulers are awesome as well. I had a great experience here for an exam and cleaning. The office was very clean, organized, and ran efficiently. The entire visit was quick without ever feeling rushed, which I really appreciated. Dr. Oh was very nice and clearly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain things and made the appointment feel comfortable and straightforward.
