Around August of 2024 I started experiencing hormonal acne - I’ve never really dealt much with acne my entire life, to say I was struggling was an understatement. I walked into the spa in January 2025 and was met with an amazing spa coordinator (Sam) who listened to me with such kindness and understanding. She introduced me to Madison, their acne specialist and we scheduled my first appointment. Madison and Alex are my girls at Joppa! I will never go anywhere else for my skin care or eyelash needs! Both are so kind and sweet! Service is always top tier and I cannot recommend them enough!!
