I’ve gotten multiple services here over the years. The staff is fantastic, the multiple text reminders are so appreciated, and the service is excellent! Hayley is magical with her permanent makeup and lashes. Tattooing my face with permanent makeup is no small choice or feat. I came to Hayley by recommendation of a friend. I was pretty nervous, but I’m so glad I chose Joppa— it looks even better than I expected!
Around August of 2024 I started experiencing hormonal acne - I’ve never really dealt much with acne my entire life, to say I was struggling was an understatement. I walked into the spa in January 2025 and was met with an amazing spa coordinator (Sam) who listened to me with such kindness and understanding. She introduced me to Madison, their acne specialist and we scheduled my first appointment.
