Please revert back to when I could call and set up an appointment with my team directly. Now I have to wait two weeks for a call back to set up an appointment and that appointment can be weeks further away. I don't understand this extra step to just get on the schedule? I've had to go to urgent care 3 times because conditions worsened before I could even get on the schedule playing phone tag with my team.
So much nicer than I expected. Everyone was so friendly. The doctor took her time and listened and explained every test and reason behind them.
I completely trust my VA team with my healthcare. They are always courteous, compassionate and, straight forward. I have zero complaints.
