So much nicer than I expected. Everyone was so friendly. The doctor took her time and listened and explained every test and reason behind them.
I completely trust my VA team with my healthcare. They are always courteous, compassionate and, straight forward. I have zero complaints.
It took 3 weeks to talk to someone on my team. Then they said another team was closed and team 3 took the patients so they have no openings until Oct. Very disappointed in the care given. Joplin VA
