Twice in a row you've got it absolutely wrong! 2 years in a row I had to wait 4 months to get a yearly physical and twice you called me at the last minute wanting me to reschedule and since I didn't reschedule you canceled my appointment that I made 4 months prior! I don't understand why you inconvenience the veteran by making them wait 4 months then cancel at the last minute inconveniencing the veteran! We have a saying in the Army "poor planning gets poor results!" SMH!
This facility, including Fayetteville, is a waste of time and money. The system is broken, and yet we read how much better the VA is now. I got billed for a VA funded procedure, and received a bill. I spent over 30 minutes chatting and speaking with 4 different people. Still didn't get my question answered. Where do I send the bill?!
