Intex Pools lack the ability to PROPERLY circulate and filter water. They simply turn the water through a paper filter that is designed to be discarded weekly at a rate of 5 SQ FT of filtration area. I went there with a water sample and they told me what to do. I bought the chemicals from them. they said my water would clear up i a couple of days. Will it didnt. Now my pool is bad. when i called back and told them, and that it was a intex pool, they said they dont know anything about those pools and to go to wal mart to get help. They are a pool place right? I dont get it. Just be careful with them.
