SIMPLY THE BEST
Flowers were ordered for a Funeral, a dozen white roses on June 17th 2021. Received yellow roses instead. Tried many times to call the Joplin Floral shop. Finally after numorous calls with no answer, the florist called back. She did nothing but blame me. Instead of trying to redo the white roses I asked for or refunding part of the amount I paid, she did nothing. 1st rule in customer service the customer is always right!!!! I feel she took advantage as I was a out of state customer!
Makes the customer feel at home. Very polite. Pleasant atmostphere.
Friendly staff, and beautiful shop.
