I cannot thank you enough Joplin Ear, Nose and Throat!!!! This staff is by far, the most professional, caring, patient, and understanding place I've been to in a long time. I was scheduled very quickly. I was greeted and treated from the time I walked through the door with a smiling pleasant face! The interaction with the Nurse/MA, was hands down amazing. I wanted to wait to write this review until I was seen by another local ENT to see if the experience I had with Joplin ENT is "industry standard". After being seen by another ENT, I now know that my experience with Joplin ENT was a horrible inconsiderate experience. My visit only consisted of a quick CT scan and a mediocre "consultation" with the nurse practitioner. No one conducted an exam of my sinuses or discuss the results of my CT scan. Hi, after trying to treatment for recent ear infections and trying to get help with hearing issues. I have something’s I’d like to say. The first time, I visited they immediately dismissed what I was saying with trying to act like they know what I had been through the last few months with sickness. HOWEVER, the nurse was personal enough to not warrant an issue. First time establishment, whatever.
