Jophil plumbing came over to clear a drain that was very heavily backed up. The plumber was here for an hour and a half "cleared" the drain, and proclaimed the problem as solved. Charged me $625. The guy never went into the basement. Had he done so, he would have seen that while he was clearing our drain the pipe to the vent had disconnected and was just pouring grey water into our dug out basement. Jophil was quickly responsive and fixed my dripping tub faucet. The gentleman was courteous, respectable and friendly. He got my faucet fixed within one day from me calling them. Today I was able to shower with no problem of leaking. I definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Great job!

HORRIBLE. One star is too nice!
Absolutely HORRIBLE and to be frank, a one star review is being quite generous. After having NO water for a WEEK (due to frozen pipes) they were sure they would have our problem resolved in 20 minutes with hydro-jetting. Not only was the owner down right disrespectful & arrogant, but they showed up to our home at 7pm after telling us they would be by in the afternoon (as this was an emergency). They spent FOUR hours “hydro-jetting” our lines, which FAILED, charged us $750 and was SURE it was our pressure tank (WRONG!) They l... read more
